The bouquet is vibrant and intense with citrus fruit and green apples at first, followed by fresh mineral nuances and white flowers with elegant blond notes of Brioche and fresh nuts to finish. On the palate it combines subtlety and sumptuousness, flavours of white fleshed fruits such as pears, peach and apple entice you in with the caress of fine bubbles. It then turns very elegant with flavours of citrus fruits such as gooseberry finish of the fireworks in your mouth. A beautiful champagne worth all the attention it gets.
